  • Yoga Flow

    This Hatha Flow class synchronises movement with breath.

    Flowing through postures building mobility, flexibility and strength in both body and mind. Including vinyasas to sequence poses in a fun and fluid way.

    Breathwork and meditation feature in this class.

  • Faster Flow

    This is a fun, fast, flow building heat and fire in the body.

    Standing poses are held for time and sequenced together with fast moving vinyasas.

    Breathwork and meditation feature in this class.

  • Philosophy Flow

    This Yoga Flow class is inspired by yogic philosophy, nature, the self and seasons.

    Time is taken to explore meaning through movement, meditation and mantra.

    A must try for those seeking to deepen there yogic practise.

  • Rest at The Nest

    Our signature class at The Nest, which is all floor based and embraces a slower pace.

    A fusion of Yin and Restorative poses are held for between 5-10 minutes, allowing your body and mind to deeply rest, release and restore.

    Props, blankets and cushions are available to support and cocoon you.

    Gentle touch is used to soften the body further and work with the subtle energy body.

    This class comes with a warning; you will relax!

  • Gentle Yoga

    A slow-paced class featuring more seated and supportive postures.

    Moving through a series of gentle movements connecting your breath to your body, promoting relaxation, flexibility, strength and recovery.

    Especially well suited to those with limited mobility, pain or injury.

  • Breathwork and Meditation

    Would you like to create more calm in your life?

    Step out of your monkey mind and back into the peace and presence of your body.

    This class explores how your body and breath can help you to regulate and find stillness wherever you are.
